Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture design, particularly within the hospitality sector. As a Project Director, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and creativity. The role would also be hands-on and technical to help support junior designers and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop and execute project plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in landscape architecture design.
- Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design integrity and compliance.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in landscape architecture design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
