MEP Project Manager
Position Overview: Seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage $50M worth of electrical work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale electrical projects and a deep understanding of MEP systems. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of MEP projects with a primary focus on electrical work.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably in the $50M range.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical codes, and regulations.
