Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description: We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead our mechanical projects from inception to completion. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical contracting industry.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration systems, piping and VRV/VRF.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• PMP certification is a plus.
