Salary: $60,000 - $82,000
About the Firm: My client is a leading firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and technology representing a broad and diverse client base. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site observations for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems installations, ensuring compliance with construction documents and standards. This may involve walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, crouching, and crawling
- Generate reports detailing field verification of construction documents and adherence to standards and codes.
- Review contractor submittals and shop drawings
- Collaborate directly with senior staff, including Principals, Project Managers, and Senior Engineers
- Assist and work alongside Engineers on project constructability issues
Requirements:
- High level of written and verbal communication skills relating to the construction industry.
- High attention to detail.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word etc.), knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD a plus.
- Excellent people skills.
- Great attitude is a MUST
- Valid driver's license, appropriate driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance.
