Qualifications:
- BS/MS with 12+ years of experience, especially in K-12 projects.
- Professional licensure (RA) required; LEED/WELL preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

- Prepare documents for permits and bids.
