International Building Automation Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Work-from-home when not traveling)
Salary: Up to $130,000 per year
Travel: Up to 50% international travel (No trips longer than 3 weeks)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled International Building Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team, working on exciting government projects around the world. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in Tridium and other building automation technologies to design, program, and implement intelligent building solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming & Configuration: Develop and program Building Management Systems (BMS) with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara Framework.
Graphics Development: Create intuitive, user-friendly graphical interfaces for building automation systems.
System Design: Develop and review designs for automation systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and client needs.
Implementation & Commissioning: Oversee system installations, testing, and commissioning on-site.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing remote and on-site support as needed.
Collaboration: Work with engineering teams, government agencies, and international stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, designs, and project reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), particularly Tridium Niagara Framework.
Strong ability to program, develop graphics, and design automation solutions.
Experience working on government or large-scale commercial projects is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time (with trips no longer than 3 weeks).
Ability to work independently and remotely when not on-site.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
