Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Federal Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing federal construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of federal construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with federal projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
