Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong focus on Multifamily projects. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution, ensuring accurate cost assessments and contributing to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Multifamily construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and report on project costs and progress.
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in Multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
