Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a Electrical Engineer based in Southern California specialising in the design and implementation of industrial control systems.
You will be responsible for the following:
Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems for water and waste-water treatment facilities.
Create detailed electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using CAD software.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into larger water and waste-water projects.
Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and start-up of control systems.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and training materials for operators and maintenance staff.
- Involves up to 30% travel
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- B.S degree in a relative field of Engineering
- PE or EIT
