Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electric Distribution Line Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in designing electric distribution systems. This role involves working closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and reliable distribution of electricity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electric distribution systems, including overhead and underground lines.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct field surveys and site visits to gather necessary data.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create accurate and efficient designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Provide technical support during construction and implementation phases.
- Review and approve design changes and modifications.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electric distribution design or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and components.
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects with various scopes and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills
