Building Envelope Consultant
As a Building Envelope Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex building envelope projects, driving the success of client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm's West Coast operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage building envelope projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Oversee the design, analysis, and installation of building envelope systems (e.g., facades, roofing, glazing, insulation, etc.).
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring that all milestones are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Actively contribute to business development efforts by building strong client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability requirements.
Monitor and address potential risks, proactively solving issues to maintain project quality and timelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in building envelope design, construction, or project management.
Strong understanding of building envelope systems, including materials, installation techniques, and energy-efficient solutions.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from design to completion, with a proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainability regulations relevant to the West Coast region.
LEED or similar certification is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
