As a Building Envelope Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex building envelope projects, driving the success of client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm's West Coast operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage building envelope projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

  • Oversee the design, analysis, and installation of building envelope systems (e.g., facades, roofing, glazing, insulation, etc.).

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring that all milestones are met.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Actively contribute to business development efforts by building strong client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability requirements.

  • Monitor and address potential risks, proactively solving issues to maintain project quality and timelines.

  • Promote the growth and visibility of the firm's West Coast presence by representing [Your Firm Name] at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in building envelope design, construction, or project management.

  • Strong understanding of building envelope systems, including materials, installation techniques, and energy-efficient solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from design to completion, with a proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainability regulations relevant to the West Coast region.

  • LEED or similar certification is a plus.

  • PMP certification is a plus.
