An established and highly respected MEP consulting firm is seeking an Associate-level HVAC Engineer to join its growing Boston office. In this role, you'll lead HVAC design efforts across a range of technically complex projects-from initial concept through construction-and contribute to staff development, client engagement, and business growth initiatives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with department leadership to establish conceptual design strategies and guide your project team through all phases of design and delivery.
Act as the day-to-day client point of contact for your projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Oversee project documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Present and explain designs confidently during internal reviews and external client meetings.
Coordinate closely with internal disciplines and external consultants to meet design expectations and timelines.
Manage scope changes, proposals, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the execution of multiple fit-outs, renovations, and/or large-scale projects from start to finish.

Qualifications
8-14 years of HVAC engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in HVAC design calculations and tools (e.g., Revit and AutoCAD)
Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of relevant codes and cross-discipline coordination
Familiarity with documentation standards across SD, DD, and CD phases
