The Opportunity
They are looking for a Civil Project Manager to join our Denver-area civil team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a range of exciting site development and infrastructure projects, lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts, and mentor junior engineers-all within a firm that truly values people, quality, and long-term growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead civil engineering design for site development, grading and drainage, utilities, roadways, and stormwater systems
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from proposal and scoping to design, permitting, and closeout
Coordinate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams across multiple disciplines
Attend project meetings, site visits, and public hearings as required
Review work for quality control, ensure compliance with local and regional codes, and deliver projects on time and within budget
Support business development by building client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members
What We're Looking For
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Licensed P.E. in Colorado
4-12 years of relevant civil/site design experience (Colorado project experience preferred)
Proficient in Civil 3D and familiar with local entitlement, utility, and stormwater permitting processes
Proven project management skills with ability to lead design teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and building strong client relationships
