Senior Accountant
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Expense Reports
- Record payroll and benefits transactions
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Manage inventory valuation and reconcile physical counts
- Account for fixed assets and leases
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Support the monthly close process and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with year-end audit and tax schedule preparation
- Analyze discrepancies and report issues
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Support the Controller with ad-hoc tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power BI)
