Engineering Manager - Water/Wastewater Conveyance

This firm is looking for an 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater conveyance, where they have strong design and project management experience. This Project Engineering Manager will have experience in treatment facilities, underground conveyance, and pump stations.
Requirements:
- P.E License in Oklahoma
- BSc in Civil/ Environmental Engineering or relevant degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in water and wastewater conveyance.
- Based in Oklahoma City or Tulsa
Brief Responsibilities:
- Manage data and perform engineering calculations.
- Research to development of equipment and material recommendations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across all disciplines.
- Lead a large production team.
- Create great client relationships - communicate any client concerns to projects and deliver any solutions.
- Provide support for business development.
- Provide technical leadership for water and wastewater conveyance projects.
- Drive solutions to achieve project goals.
- Hiring, mentoring, performance management and pay administration.
