A well-established consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and planning is seeking motivated Civil Engineers to join our team. Our clients include public entities such as cities, counties, townships, and utility companies, as well as private developers, home builders, and large commercial/industrial firms.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in KY and/or OH preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in civil design/site design
Skills:
Experience with land development and infrastructure projects
Strong problem-solving and design skills
Ability to multitask and manage various civil engineering tasks
Excellent communication and client support skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Carlson software
Characteristics:
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Position Responsibilities
This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Subdivision and site development design
Grading, drainage, and utility design
Roadway reconstruction projects
Hydrology calculations and technical report writing
Construction site review and inspection
Oral presentations to public agencies, clients, and stakeholders
Practical problem-solving and client interactions
