A well-established consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and planning is seeking motivated Civil Engineers to join our team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design services, we work on a variety of commercial, residential, industrial, and municipal projects across the region. Our clients include public entities such as cities, counties, townships, and utility companies, as well as private developers, home builders, and large commercial/industrial firms.

We are looking for talented professionals who are ready to take on diverse projects in a dynamic environment. No two days will be the same!

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in KY and/or OH preferred

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in civil design/site design

  • Skills:

    • Experience with land development and infrastructure projects

    • Strong problem-solving and design skills

    • Ability to multitask and manage various civil engineering tasks

    • Excellent communication and client support skills

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Carlson software

  • Characteristics:

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently

    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Position Responsibilities

This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Subdivision and site development design

  • Grading, drainage, and utility design

  • Roadway reconstruction projects

  • Hydrology calculations and technical report writing

  • Construction site review and inspection

  • Oral presentations to public agencies, clients, and stakeholders

  • Practical problem-solving and client interactions
