Having been one of the major driving forces towards America's goal of a clean energy future for the last 25 years, our client is one of the leading clean energy companies in the U.S. Utilizing international funding and advanced technology, the company has established 16GW of clean energy projects and has a strong pipeline of 10GW across a wide range of low carbon technologies. They are looking to bring on a Director/Vice President of Energy Transition to join their Development team based out of their Braintree, MA office.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and execute development for identified low carbon projects
- Leading the permitting process
- Engaging with external stakeholders, potential off-take clients, and community members
- Coordinate with internal teams and administer regular updates on project progress, budget, and timeline
- Supervise junior members of the development team
Requirements:
- Full life-cycle experience developing large scale projects to completion
- Familiar with financial models related to the company and its projects
- Prior experience leading teams and supervising junior members
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external stakeholders
