Solar/Wind Electrical or Civil Engineer
Our client is a global renewable energy developer focused on utility-scale wind and solar projects across the U.S. and internationally. They have a strong development pipeline and are expanding their U.S. team with the addition of a Project Engineer to support technical oversight and on-site coordination.
This person would be responsible for managing both civil and electrical engineering scopes throughout construction, working closely with contractors and supervising units to ensure milestones are hit safely and efficiently. They'll also help handle local permitting, land coordination, and dispute resolution during project execution.
What they're looking for:
- A background in civil or electrical engineering with 5+ years of project experience, including at least 3 in renewable energy (wind/PV)
- Solid understanding of on-site construction management and compliance procedures
- Strong coordination skills with both local authorities and internal project teams
- Someone who's organized, communicative, and comfortable driving timelines in the field
