Senior Business Analyst
Position Overview
Report to the Manager of Billing and ensure reporting and visualization meet business requirements. Provide operational visibility by creating reports for various departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data using complex SQL queries
- Automate visualizations with Power BI and Power Automate
- Present monthly KPIs to senior leaders
- Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ensure accurate invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist in audits and provide cross-functional support
- Make data-driven decisions and complete projects on time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years in data analytics
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in Operations
- 2+ years in Retail Energy and/or Solar
