About the Role
In the Project Engineer / Project Manager position, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team on significant and meaningful projects in the Las Vegas region. You will supervise engineering designers, manage project schedules and budgets, and prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work. Your role will involve significant client and public-agency interactions, ensuring strong and positive working relationships.

- Salary range: $85,000-$125,000

Key Responsibilities
- Design and supervise land development projects across commercial, industrial, and residential developments
- Conduct studies and prepares written reports for clients
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel, and in-house team members
- Take the lead on projects and supervise other engineers, EIT's, and field personnel
- Support the team in business development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE License in the state of Nevada
- 5+ years of related experience, demonstrating engineering abilities in all aspects of private land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
