Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Managing Director of Disputes and Investigations to join their esteemed team in Atlanta. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their disputes and investigations practice, driving significant revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client service. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven ability to generate substantial revenue and navigate complex investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the disputes and investigations practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve a minimum revenue target of $1.5 million annually.
- Oversee complex investigations and dispute resolution processes, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in disputes and investigations services.
- Proven ability to generate significant revenue, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
