About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DCS Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for industrial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain DCS applications for process automation.

  • Configure and program DCS hardware and software.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning.

  • Collaborate with process engineers, instrumentation teams, and IT personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

  • Provide technical support and training to operational staff.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for control system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in DCS engineering within an industrial environment.

  • Proficiency in [mention specific DCS platforms, e.g., Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, ABB, Siemens PCS7, etc.].

  • Strong understanding of process control concepts and industrial automation.

  • Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [industry sector, e.g., Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, etc.].

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity measures for industrial control systems.

  • Familiarity with SCADA and PLC programming.

  • Certification in relevant DCS systems or process automation.
