  • Yearly bonuses: 41% received a bonus, with 55% receiving 0-5% of their base salary.
  • Salary increments: 76% reported receiving annual salary increases, though 58% received only 0-5%.
  • Benefits: Statutory superannuation (32%) and travel allowances (16%) are among the most common benefits offered.

Singapore:

  • Base salaries: 31% of professionals earn between SGD 111k-134k, with a quarter earning SGD 67k-111k.
  • Yearly bonuses: 68% received bonuses, with the largest proportion (30%) receiving 6-10% of their base salary.
  • Salary increments: 85% reported annual increases, with 62% receiving 0-5%.
  • Benefits: Medical cover (68%) and dental cover (61%) are the most common benefits received.
