Job Title: M&A Analyst - Utility Scale Solar, BESS, and Wind Acquisition

Location: Remote (Ideally CST-PST Time Zone)
About the Company: Our client is an expanding renewable energy company, they are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst with a multidisciplinary mindset to come join their team. This role focuses on the acquisition of utility-scale solar, BESS, and wind projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed financial models for potential acquisitions.
  • Conduct due diligence and market analysis.
  • Prepare and present pitch decks to senior management and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for thorough evaluation and integration planning.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new acquisition opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of M&A experience, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a plus.
