Job Title: M&A Analyst - Utility Scale Solar, BESS, and Wind Acquisition
- Develop detailed financial models for potential acquisitions.
- Conduct due diligence and market analysis.
- Prepare and present pitch decks to senior management and investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for thorough evaluation and integration planning.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
- 1-3 years of M&A experience, preferably in renewable energy.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a plus.
