Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities across Europe, with a focus on Germany, Italy, and the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with EPCs, developers, and distributors, and driving sales growth for our innovative PV structure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share across the target regions.
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, IPPs, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, bidding, contract negotiation, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver customized PV mounting solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network growth.
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to support product and business strategy.
Meet and exceed sales targets, while regularly reporting on pipeline development and performance metrics.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales or business development within the renewable energy or solar PV industry, ideally in PV mounting systems or related components.
Strong understanding of the solar project landscape in Europe, with active networks in Germany, Italy, and/or the Nordic countries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a strong advantage.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote working environment.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
