Duties:
- Perform advanced engineering/planning tasks
- Manage client relationships
- Prepare and manage proposals and budgets
- Coordinate and lead junior staff on projects
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Prepare technical reports
- Perform QA/QC procedures
- Present findings to public agencies and community groups
- Participate in internal committees
- Other duties as directed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or Transportation Planning, or equivalent experience
- P.E. License or AICP Certification
- 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering/transportation planning
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking
- Proficiency with traffic analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience training and mentoring junior staff
- Consulting experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
