Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Design Project Manager to join their team, specializing in multi-family and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and detailed drawings to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design projects.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on multi-family and mixed-use projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading design teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
