Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy senior level leader with a strong technical background in GIS/geospatial technologies to join their team in Melbourne and also other cities in Victoria. The right individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other C-level executives to drive company vision and culture.
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of executives across IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Foster client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, GIS, Geospatial Technologies, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of commercial success and strategic leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in GIS/geospatial technologies.
- Excellent analytical, managerial, and communication skills
