With over 30 years of experience, we serve local, state, and federal government departments, utilities, and private industries, ensuring data integrity and enhancing spatial data accuracy

Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy senior level leader with a strong technical background in GIS/geospatial technologies to join their team in Melbourne and also other cities in Victoria. The right individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other C-level executives to drive company vision and culture.
  • Manage budgeting, financial performance, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of executives across IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Foster client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, GIS, Geospatial Technologies, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of commercial success and strategic leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise in GIS/geospatial technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, managerial, and communication skills
