My client is looking for a Bridge Inspection Program Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- PE license is essential.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles.
- Prior experience with PennDOT, ODOT, or WVDOH preferred.
- NCTI certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
