With a reputation for delivering high-profile projects and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment, the firm is poised for continued growth and success. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with a strong design background, particularly in linear pipelines, to manage large-scale projects and guide a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead water infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery and top-quality results. Coordinate project teams, contractors, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
Design: Provide hands-on design leadership, particularly for linear pipelines (e.g., XX-inch diameter), and ensure the technical quality of projects.
Business Development: Support the firm's growth by cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to new business opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 15-20 years in water infrastructure.
Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams, manage client relations, and ensure project delivery.
Design Expertise: Hands-on design experience, particularly with linear pipeline systems, is essential. The role demands a candidate with a technical background, not just management experience.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a non-competitive, highly collaborative environment, leading projects while fostering a positive team culture.
