We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Hydrogeologist to join our client's team in Perth. This role is focused on civil and infrastructure projects, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and sustainability of essential public works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hydrogeological investigations and assessments for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement groundwater management strategies to support project design and construction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hydrogeological considerations into project planning and execution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on groundwater-related issues, including contamination, dewatering, and water supply.
- Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Mentor and develop junior hydrogeologists within the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hydrogeology, with a focus on civil and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of groundwater modeling, data analysis, and field investigation techniques.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Professional registration or certification in hydrogeology is preferred.
