Salary: $80,000 - $160,000

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join their team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in water resources engineering with a focus on stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and drainage design, specifically for transportation projects. The candidate should be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to manage complex tasks and work well within a team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Stormwater Management and Erosion & Sediment Control Design for transportation projects
Drainage design and analysis
Site design and utility coordination
Coordination and procurement of state and local permits
Client interaction, project coordination, and management of timelines and deliverables
Preparation of design plans, specifications, and engineering reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or related field)
3-8 years of relevant experience in water resources engineering, with a focus on transportation projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard engineering software
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to stormwater management and erosion control
