Project Manager, Data Center
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, ensuring they are within budget, delivered on time, meet safety standards, and maintain the required quality.
- Prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure effective use of overall resources within project deadlines.
- Assist in preparing bid tenders for new projects and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
- Lead complex or critical engineering projects, monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.
- Identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
- Select, guide, and develop a team of project members with operational responsibilities to achieve business objectives and comply with relevant regulations and laws.
- Ensure that organizational and government safety standards are met and that customer safety and quality specifications are consistently achieved.
- Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity, supervising and implementing project expenses and other assets within budget.
- Analyze and approve project investments that best meet organizational needs.
Job Requirements: Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8 to 13 years of relevant experience in the local Electrical/ACMV Engineering industry.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with project members and stakeholders at all levels.
