Project Architect
A renown Architecture & Engineering firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project success. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a keen eye for design and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop and oversee design concepts, construction documents, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative design solutions.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
Review and approve architectural drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design or construction issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed Architect
Minimum 6 years of proffessional experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience in sustainable and LEED-certified design is a plus.
