Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Engineer with experience in land development to join our Orlando team. In this role, you will assist in managing land development projects from planning through construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, design, and construction phases of land development projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and environmental specialists.
- Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in land development project engineering.
- Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
