Role Overview: Seeking a motivated Architect III to lead and supervise staff, manage medium to large projects, and ensure design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain design intent and oversee construction documents.
- Manage project teams and deliver construction documents.
- Provide technical support and assist in design presentations.
- Develop code-compliant designs and supervise project coordination.
- Oversee coordination with engineering disciplines and interiors.
- Manage construction administration tasks and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Registered Architect with multi-state credentials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite
- Strong graphic design, building design, and conceptualization skills
- Experience in hand drawing and sketching
