You are an experienced Building Enclosure professional with impressive credentials and a portfolio showcasing your experience and growth in the industry. Required Experience:

  • Certification: Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 7+ years of direct and professional experience with Building Enclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage engagements of varying size and complexity with guidance from managers and supervisors.
  • Building Science Services: Implement high-quality services across projects.
  • Development: Lead the development of project plans, details, and specifications.
  • Client Communication: Maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analysis and Design: Analyze and design roofing and cladding systems, waterproofing details, and testing plans for air, water, structural, thermal performance, and corrosion resistance.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks to other staff members as needed.
  • Technical Reports: Prepare technical reports, document findings, analyze, and provide recommendations. Seek additional expertise from colleagues as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Pursue client contacts and opportunities, write proposals, and develop budgets for leadership review.
  • Industry Events: Promote the company and engage in professional development.
