- Serve as primary customer liaison, monitoring equipment and forecasting overhaul needs.
- Provide technical support, diagnose and resolve issues, and recommend overhaul scopes and spare parts.
- Collaborate with customers to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed quotations to secure overhaul or spare parts orders.
- Travel domestically across Australia to client sites.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in technical support/service engineering, preferably in water/wastewater.
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to think analytically under pressure.
- Excellent communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with OEM manuals and technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally for customer visits and training.
- Full working rights in Australia.
