Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Project Executive to join our clients team. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a multi-billion-dollar casino near Charlotte, ensuring the timely completion of this landmark project.
Responsibilities:
As our clients new Project Executive for this Casino, you will have a critical role in the project's success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish. You will be working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that plans are executed according to specifications within budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards throughout each phase. You will also be responsible for managing the project schedule, budget, and quality control.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Commercial Building/Construction. You should have at least 10 years of experience as a construction professional working on large-scale commercial projects over $500 billion. A proven track record delivering complex multimillion-dollar Projects.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have strong leadership qualities, the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships at once, and the ability to supervise subordinates effectively. You should also have experience with project management software and be comfortable using technology to streamline processes.
Location & Salary:
This position is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, and offers a competitive salary of ยฃ200000 per annum plus a benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement plan contributions.
