You will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of various incidents involving building's MEP assessments such as HVAC, plumbing/mechanical systems and building code compliance. As part of this process, you must conduct thorough examinations by analyzing data collected during field inspections using technical knowledge gained through their education & practical work experiences. As a successful candidate, you must possess strong mechanical engineering knowledge combined with a good understanding on how to conduct property condition assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Registered EIT or P.E. preferred
- 4+ Years experience working within mechanical engineering
- Have a good working knowledge on conducting property condition assessments
