Project Manager (Heavy Civil/Water Treatment)
Salary: $150,000-$200,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of heavy civil and water treatment projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders' expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, monitoring project performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Oversee and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project engineers, superintendents, and field staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment focused on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing heavy civil and/or water treatment projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of heavy civil construction methods, materials, and processes, including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Experience in water treatment plant construction, including treatment processes, equipment installation, and regulatory requirements, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders and teams.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASTM, AWWA, EPA) related to heavy civil and water treatment construction.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
