Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all forensic accounting activities within the organization.
- Manage a team of forensic accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Utilize your expertise to investigate financial irregularities, fraud, and misconduct.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of forensic accounting processes.
- Actively participate in business development efforts, including client acquisition, proposal writing, and presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in matters related to forensic accounting.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (10 years) in forensic accounting, with a focus on fraud investigation and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- CPA or CFE certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree a plus.
- Proven revenue generation of $1 million+
