Title: Join our team as a Director of Civil Engineering in Louisville
Introductory Paragraph:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our client's team as the Director of Land Development Engineering. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic and growing engineering firm based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Must be licensed to practice land development engineering within the state of Kentucky
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Manage Projects
2. Develop relationships with clients through project management meetings, presentations, etc.
3. Mentor staff members on technical matters associated with their job duties such that they may grow into larger roles over time.
Skills Required:
Experience working directly with commercial & residential developments is necessary along-side PE licensure
Engineering - Strong knowledge base regarding various types of infrastructure systems used throughout modern communities including; Stormwater, Drainage, H&H
Salary Information: $150k+ starting salary plus benefits package which includes unlimited vacation days/life insurance options/profit sharing opportunities
