Salary: $90,000- $120,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As the Heavy Civil Change Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and implementing changes to construction projects to ensure their successful delivery. Leveraging your expertise in change management and construction processes, you will collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify, assess, and implement changes effectively while minimizing disruptions and maximizing project outcomes.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on change management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in analyzing change requests, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget, and implementing appropriate strategies to manage changes.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Proven experience with RFI submittals and change orders.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence change across project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing change in a dynamic construction environment.
