Title: Seeking an Asset Manager for Utility Scale Solar/Wind Projects in Houston, TX

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced asset manager to join our team. Our client is a leading renewable energy company with projects across the United States focusing on utility scale solar/wind initiatives. The position will be based out of their office located in Houston, Texas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within operations management
Responsibilities:
As an Asset Manager you will work alongside project managers ensuring that assets under your care run smoothly by performing routine maintenance checks which includes but not limited to compliance with NERC regulations. You must possess strong financial reporting skills as well as budgeting abilities and have previous experience creating proposals for potential investors.

* Experience working within hybrid systems
* Skilled at providing technical background support
* Strong analytical capabilities
