Seeking an Experienced Account Executive focused on the Real Estate sector for a leading commerical Solar Company! The role would be sitting in New York City, Boston or remote in California
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an account executive. Our client is a leading solar company, offering innovative renewable energy solutions to clients across various industries.
Location: Remote with access to offices in New York or Boston
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage real estate accounts, focusing on solar energy services
- Target clients including Real Estate Investment Trusts, private equity funds, and portfolio companies
- Oversee the client lifecycle from origination to execution, with support from the internal team
- Develop and maintain a strong new business pipeline
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings
- Close deals through stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Research and identify new prospect opportunities
- Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and business opportunities
- Create new relationships to increase deal activity
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of advisory or sales experience in real estate or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales skills
- Motivated self-starter with a high-level sales mentality
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, preferably selling into it
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas
- Comfortable with regional and national travel
- Technical knowledge of solar energy is a plus
- Passionate about the company's unique market positioning and mission
